Easy Strawberry Shortcake Shooters
White cake mix (prepare as directions)
¼ cup Sugar
1 Tub whipped cream (size your choice)
Med size strawberries (whole)
1 ½ cups strawberries (finely diced)
Use shot glasses or any glass cup depending on what size you would like.
Cut cake in ½ , you could wrap other half and freeze for later use or use all depending size of glass.
In bowl combine your diced strawberries with the sugar.
Ready to layer: Cake, Strawberries, Cream and continue to layer to size of your glass. Top with a
Whole Strawberry and service.
Serve immediately or chill until ready up to an hour.
Hint: if use of larger glasses, adjust your strawberries and Whipped cream
