We are living in a post Coronavirus era where every ailment, and disease needs to be immediately treated with a variety of vaccines and/or drugs advertised everywhere. Many of the diagnosed illnesses do not have any definitive cure but too many fall for a regiment of drugs that may temporarily alleviate previous symptoms but may end in terrible side effects or worse.
Driving, flying, biking and many sports are dangerous and injurious to a person’s health. Some people avoid dangerous activities for the sake of their physical safety and others are exhilarated by them. If a person chooses to live in a bubble even that can cause depression and/or physical incapacitation.
Life is uncertain and full of minefields that might erupt anytime. Playing it safe appears to be a way to minimize accidents. Many people dig deeper within themselves to muster their forces to overcome unfortunate events. No one wants these negative occurrences but there is no way to predict or avoid all of them.
In the Corona epidemic era we witnessed the eminent power of fear. People were indoctrinated with “facts” that constantly shifted depending on the “experts” and the particular moment in time. Many of these experts attempted to demonstrate their authority and new-found power. These scientific experts were similar to the politicians who relish their time in the spotlight.
According to the World Health Organization statement, three feet was sufficient for social distancing while the U.S. Center of Disease Control, CDC, insisted six feet was the necessary distance between people. Face masks, according to some experts should be worn even outdoors to stop the spread of illness while others believed it serves little preventive purpose. Exercise, sunlight, vitamin D and fresh air were known to be good for fighting the illness. Yet beaches and gyms were deemed nonessential and forbidden to participate in according to our government edicts during the Covid event.
On the other side is the faith factor. Others believe their future is in the hands of God. Their faith in a higher being allows them to allay their fears although even churches were considered non-essential. Dying is a stage of life. Everyone will face judgement day and if they have lived a good, God-fearing life they will be one with Him. Faith is a powerful force. Faith in a merciful being gives the courage to live a free life. Most people of faith are not intimidated by threats of government officials, their scientific accomplices or the lying media.
Self-important elites are elevated by denying individuals the power to make their own decisions. Control of others elevates their status among peers and superiors. Their tactics have historically been the method for totalitarian governments to gain power and rule. This is the exact reason our founding fathers stressed the importance of religious moral values. These wise men understood the belief in God strengthened the will of citizens to conquer fears in order to live free and have a prosperous existence.
Faith in righteousness gives people direction and certitude in life. Fear emotes weakness that leads unscrupulous people to use deceit and outright lies to manipulates people to follow them. These individuals take advantage of weak, fearful people at every turn. They could be any person willing to take advantage of others. In this process the weak often surrender their money, independence, ability to reason, at times even their freedom for false promises.
The antidote to fear is facing it and conquering it. The more these victories occur, the more faith in God is strengthened for the individual. This power assists us in protecting ourselves until it is time to join Him. Faith in oneself and God’s power is a better way to live than living in fear of the potentially harmful things that surround us.
Fearful people relinquish their freedom for security. Surrendering our freedom and zest for living in order to possess a false sense of safety destroys our freedom to think and accomplish what we are born to create for the good of everyone. Fearful minded individuals will be immobilized in a constant series of false alarms causing anxiety, distress and illness.
Faith in God often requires courage and suffering to give the person greater comprehension of good and evil. This eventually produces moral values that will pay positive dividends. This is better than lying and cheating others to gain temporary fame.
Courage given to us by our faith in God is essential to remain a free society while fear leads to ignorance, servitude and totalitarianism.
