David Peitzman, co-owner of Tidal Brewing Company recently gave The Hernando Sun a sneak peek into Tidal’s brewhouse. The brewing equipment has been installed, completely transforming the former car wash in the plaza on Spring Hill Drive and Barclay Avenue. Each tank holds five barrels (BBLs) which is 155 gallons.
“We will always have a rotating variety on tap,” said Peitzman.
There is currently no date set for the grand opening, but the Peitzmans are excited to see the establishment take shape.
As we continued our tour through the the open space where the bar and stand-alone seating will be, we learned that Tidal will have the capacity for 140 patrons.
Those remembering the convenience store and gas station that once leased the space will be pleasantly surprised at the airy and comfortable atmosphere.
The Hernando Sun will publish the date of the Grand Opening when it is released.
