James Earl Anderson

James Earl Anderson, 76, of Brooksville, FL, passed away at his home on Tuesday, Sept. 15, 2020.

He was an Eagle Scout and a scout master of a local Boy Scout troop. He was very involved as a school volunteer and with local youth sports.

As a Native American, he was a life-long supporter of the culture and a member of the Native American Church.

FDLE upgrades Computerized Criminal History Internet site

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – FDLE updated Florida’s Computerized Criminal History Internet webpage, making it mobile friendly and easier to use.  For $24, plus a $1 credit card processing fee, citizens can request a Florida criminal history search from the website, with results usually returned in seconds. Judges on the Ballot

Finding information on the Judges is difficult since they are very limited in what they can say about themselves and this leaves voters with little information on which to make the decision of whether or not they should be retained. The Florida Bar Association provides polls taken by lawyers who interact with the judges.
