Deputy D. Hadsell and I then arrived at the aforementioned address, and I was able to positively identify the defendant, George Gracie, while Deputy D. H. and I were in full patrol uniform and arrived in marked patrol vehicle.

Deputy D. Hadsell and I then made contact with the defendant. The defendant instantly started to become irate with deputies being at the residence. Deputy D. I then went to attempt to place handcuffs on the defendant again, where I then observed Deputy D. H. draw his agency issued Taser. At this point, the defendant began to comply, once he observed Deputy D. H. pointing his Taser at him. Eventually, Deputy D.
