Fatal Hernando County Crash 4/3/21 Location: Spring Hill Drive / Linden Drive

A 58-year-old male and a 59-year-old female both from Spring Hill were walking southbound across Spring Hill Drive, west of Linden Drive. For an unknown reason, they entered the path of a van driven by a 33-year-old woman from Brooksville. The van was traveling eastbound in the outside lane. on Spring Hill Drive.  As a result, the front of the van collided with both pedestrians.  The 59-year-old female pedestrian suffered fatal injuries at the scene of the crash. The 58-year-old male suffered critical injuries and was transported to an area hospital.
