The Nature Coast Builders Association is putting on the 2019 Parade of Homes of the Nature Coast. The model homes are open Monday through Saturday from 10AM to 5PM and on Sunday from 12PM to 5PM from April 6 through April 20, 2019. The event is hosted by the Hernando Builders Association and Sunrise Propane.
There are fourteen homes/communities in the parade. The models are scattered throughout the county with the majority in the Spring Hill area. The only home not in Hernando County is the Nature Coast Builders Association Spec home which is located slightly north in Citrus County.
The parade is meant as a self guided tour of the model homes. This year there are model homes presented by the following builders: Alexander Custom Homes, Artistic Homes, Dream Custom Homes, Hartland Homes, Palmwood Construction, Pastore Custom Builders, ProBuilt U.S. Inc., and Woodland Waters Subdivision.
The parade of homes is a great chance to meet representatives of different builders in the county. If you are interested in building soon, you need to get in line as soon as possible. The amount of construction has greatly increased during the past few years and many of the contractors and subcontractors are extremely busy. There are even more homes in the pipeline, so it appears that our builders will be busy for the foreseeable future.
