Due to the fire at the Hernando County Recycling Center, where the compost bins were being stored, Compost Bin Worshops are postponed until further notice. If you have registered for the compost workshop, you will be added to a waiting list for compost bin workshops. Please leave your name, home address and the date of the workshop you’d like to attend. 
Rain Barrels are available for Hernando County residents only. The barrels cost $65. Customers of Hernando County Utilities for their water will receive a one-time credit of $30 on their water bill for attending a workshop and installing a rain barrel at their home.
