Sulsenti was recently delivered a sentence of 5 years probation and community control for drug related felony charges including “SELL, MANU, DELIVER OR POSS W/ INTENT A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE.”

Sulsenti was arrested for this offense by HCSO on 10/6/16 after a lengthy undercover investigation where operatives were able to purchase methamphetamine from James Sulsenti and his girlfriend Sarah Tousignant W/F DOB/10-10-82, who both reside at the residence on Gaucho.

Detectives were made aware of the drug activity taking place at the residence by neighbors
who were tired of witnessing constant traffic to the home all hours of the day and night.

Pursuant to executing the search warrant, detectives located methamphetamine, marijuana,

alprazolam and various items of drug paraphernalia used for the distribution of meth.

Neighbors feel that Sulsenti’s sentencing was too lenient and are worried about the safety of their neighborhood.

In this incident, Sarah Tousignant was charged with Possession with Intent to Distribute Methamphetamine, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Marijuana and Paraphernalia. She was also arrested on two warrants for the Sale of Meth and Principle to the Sale of Meth, Possession of Meth, Possession of a Structure to Traffic a Controlled Substance,

Paraphernalia and the Unlawful Use of a 2-Way Communications Device. Her case is still ongoing. She just signed a waiver of speedy trial.

Sulsenti recently posted a $2000 bond for a 1/26/17 misdemeanor offense of drug paraphernalia possession.
