Game preview: Tampa Bay Buccaneers (4-2) at Las Vegas Raiders (3-2)

Now coming off of a 38-10 statement victory over the previously undefeated Green Bay Packers, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers look to once again start stacking wins en route to its goal of winning an NFC South crown. To do that, the Buccaneers stretch over the next three games is critical, and not just because they’re on primetime. Tampa Bay will be on Sunday Night Football twice (Raiders, Saints) and on Monday Night Football (NY Giants).

Hernando County teams were back on the football field last Friday with some tough grind it out games which wouldn’t be decided until the final quarter. Nature Coast Technical held on to defeat Springstead 15-3, while Hernando rolled past Inverness Citrus 44-6, Weeki Wachee fell 26-21 in a nail biter to Lecanto and Central fell 46-0 versus Crystal River. Now we head into the Week 5 portion of the season for Hernando teams, with some enticing matchups on the slate.

Hernando Sun Game of the Week: Nature Coast at Springstead

Four games are on the slate this Friday night when Hernando County football teams take the field and among all of the matchups taking place, the most intriguing one looks to be over in Spring Hill. That’s where the undefeated Nature Coast Sharks will travel the short distance to take on the Springstead Eagles in a game that is usually a very competitive one. The difference this time around is the amount of time the Sharks have already had on the field compared to the Eagles, who had their season delayed by two weeks due to Covid-19.
