NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of County Commissioners of Hernando County, Florida, at a Regular Board meeting on Tuesday, JULY 28, 2020, at 9:00 a.m. or soon thereafter, in the John Law Ayers County Commission Chambers, Hernando County Government Center, 20 North Main Street, Room 160, Brooksville, Florida, will consider a purchase agreement for the sale of real estate located at County Line Road and Cobblestone Drive, Spring Hill, Florida, Spring Hill Unit 5 Tract B (Parksite), recorded in O.R. Book 673, Page 382, in the Public Records of Hernando County, Florida, and further described as:

THIS PROPOSED PURCHASE/SALE AGREEMENT may be inspected by the public in the Office of the Clerk of Circuit Court, Hernando County Courthouse, 20 North Main Street, Room 362, Brooksville, Florida, 34601, between the hours of 8:30 a.m., to 4:30 p.m.,
M-F, legal holidays excepted.
