NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF
RESOLUTION NO. 2023-49
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of County Commissioners of Hernando County Florida, at its duly held public hearing on March 14, 2023 at 9:00 a.m., in the County Commission Chambers, Room 160, Hernando County Administration Building, 20 North Main Street, Hernando County, Brooksville, Florida, adopted RESOLUTION NO. 2023-49 to vacate, abandon, renounce and disclaim any ownership rights of the County and public in and to the hereinafter described portion of right-of-way:
ROUGH BARK WAY RIGHT OF WAY BETWEEN LOT 19 AND LOT 20, WOODLAND WATERS PHASE SIX, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGES 1-3 INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HERNANDO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
SUBJECT TO A 25’ COUNTY OWNED EASEMENT ON THE SOUTHERLY BOUNDARY OF THE RIGHT OF WAY, TOGETHER WITH A 20’ WIDE UTILITY EASEMENT FROM THE NORTHERLY BOUNDARY OF THE RIGHT OF WAY TO THE 25’ COUNTY OWNED EASEMENT ON THE SOUTHERN BOUNDARY WITH THE EASTERN BOUNDARY OF THE UTILITY EASEMENT ALONG THE WESTERN PROPERTY LINE OF LOT 20.
AND, said Resolution hereby renounces any right of the County and the public in and to the aforesaid land.
