A.D. Morgan Corporation, the Construction Manager, invites your company to bid all trade packages for the Fox Chapel Middle School HVAC Evaluation & Upgrades Project. The work will consist of the replacement of the Roof Top Units and Split System Air Conditioning System. The work will start in June 2023 and complete in July 2023. The HVAC equipment has been pre-purchased by the owner.
DAVIS-BACON
The project will require all subcontractors to follow the requirements for Davis-Bacon Wage Rates and Reporting.
BID DOCUMENTS: The bid documents are available thru A.D. Morgan Corporations’ Building Connected Website. All interested bidders can send an email to [email protected] to receive a link to all the bid documents. It is the responsibility of all the vendors and bidders to make sure they visit the website regularly for updates. All revisions will be posted on Building Connected and a notice sent out electronically by email.
PREQUALIFICATION: All Bidders must be currently prequalified with A.D. Morgan Corporation. To confirm your status contact Jeremy Warner at [email protected] and click on Subcontractor Zone or you can request a copy of the form. All Prequalification must be submitted seven (7) days prior to the bid date.
BID BONDING: All bids exceeding $50,000 will be required to provide a 100% performance and payment bond.
ELECTRONIC SEALED BIDS will be no later than 2:00 PM January 5 th , 2023, thru Building Connected . Do not email, mail, or fax bids. The bids will be opened electronically via an online meeting on January 5, 2023, at 2:15 PM. Send an email to [email protected] to receive an invitation to the bid opening.
