TO: ST. JAMES LLC, whose last known address is: Lot 291, Brooksville, Florida 34613; and any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against the herein named individual defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants; and ALL OTHERS WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Plaintiff, SPRING RIDGE OF
HERNANDO HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., has filed an action against you in the County Court for Hernando County to foreclose a claim of lien for assessments related to certain real property located and situated in Hernando County, Florida, and described as follows:
Lots 290-295, 300-304, 318-321, 323-328, and 470, Spring Ridge, according to the Official Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 35, Pages 45 through 59 of the Public Records of Hernando County, Florida.
This action is titled SPRING RIDGE OF HERNANDO HOMEOWNERS’ ASSOCIATION, INC., v. ST. JAMES LLC, et al., Case Number: 24-CC-000860. You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on William W. Huffman, Esq., of Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP., the Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is 101 East Kennedy Boulevard, Suite 2800, Tampa, Florida 33602, on or before thirty (30) days after the date of first publication of this Notice of Action, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on the Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or Petition.
