YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title with respect to the following described real property in Hernando County, Florida:
Lots 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, 15, 16, 17, 19, 20, 21, 22 and 23, Block 2, Lots 20, 21, 22 and 23, Block 3, Lots 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 and 22, Block 4 and Lots 14 and 15, Block 5 of Hill N’ Dale,Unit 3, as per Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 17, Pages 46-47, inclusive, of the Public Records of Hernando County, Florida
has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to attorney for Plaintiff: Kurt E. Davis, Esq., whose address is 4903 S. West Shore Blvd., Tampa, Florida 33611 on or before April 12, 2019, and to file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
