NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure Dated February 13, 2020, and entered in Case No. 2019-CA-1221 of the Circuit Court of the Fifth Circuit in and for HERNANDO County, Florida, wherein MCMUNN COMPANY, INC., a Florida Corporation is the Plaintiff, and PATRICIA A. KASHANSKY, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PATRICIA A. KASHANSKY, SAND RIDGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., HERNANDO HMA,LLC D/B/A BAYFRONT HEALTH SPRING HILL, and ANY UNKNOWN OCCUPANT(S) residing on or in possession of said property are the Defendants. Doug Chorvat, Jr., as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Hernando County Courthouse, Room 245, Brooksville, FL 34601, at 11:00 am, April 9, 2020, the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 94 SAND RIDGE PHASE TWO, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 37, Pages 13-15, Public Records of Hernando County, Florida, Florida; having parcel #R09 223 18 3426 0000 0940, address: 12805 Ione Way, Spring Hill, FL 34609;
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
