AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BROOKSVILLE, FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING FIRE AND RESCUE IMPACT FEES, PUBLIC BUILDINGS IMPACT FEES, PARKS AND RECREATION IMPACT FEES AND MULTIMODAL IMPACT FEES; ADOPTING AN IMPACT FEE STUDY DATED SEPTEMBER 23, 2022; CREATING CHAPTER 50, âIMPACT FEES,â OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES; PROVIDING REGULATIONS PERTAINING TO FIRE AND RESCUE IMPACT FEES, PUBLIC BUILDINGS IMPACT FEES, PARKS AND RECREATION IMPACT FEES AND ROADS AND MULTIMODAL IMPACT FEES; PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY AND CONFLICTS, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
