Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Hernando County, Florida, DOUG CHOVART, JR., the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell the property situate in Hernando County, Florida, described as:
LOT 12, BLOCK 1692, SPRING HILL UNIT 25, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGES 61 THROUGH 76 INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HERNANDO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in person at at the Hernando County Courthouse, Room 245, Brooksville, Florida 34601, at 11:00 a.m. on April 21, 2020.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FUNDS FROM THIS SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 45.031(1)(a), FLORIDA STATUTES.
