NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered on November 10, 2020, by the above entitled court in the above styled cause, the undersigned Clerk of Court or any duly authorized deputy, will sell the property situated in Hernando County, Florida, described as:

to the highest and best bidder for cash on January 19, 2021, at the Hernando County Government Center, 20 N. Main Street Rm 245, Brooksville, Florida, beginning at 11 :00 a.m., subject to all ad valorem taxes and assessments for the real property described above.
