NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Clerk of Hernando County shall sell the property located at 13224 Hazelcrest Street, Spring Hill, Florida 34609, more specifically described as:
Lot 1, Block 717, Spring Hill, Unit 12, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 8. Page 74, Public Records of Hernando County, Florida.
At the sale public may sale proceed on July 22, 2021, at 11 am or soon thereafter as the sale may proceed pursuant to the Final Judgment dated September 18, 2019, and Second Amended Final Judgment, to the highest bidder for cash outside of the Civil Department, Room 245 of the of the Hernando County Courthouse, 20 N. Main Street in Brooksville, FL 34601, in accordance with Chapter 45, section 45 .031, Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
