NOTICE TO CREDITORS
COMES NOW, the Personal Representative, Lisa Lenox (“PR”), of the estate of DOROTHY M. , SEARGEANT (“Decedent”) , by and through the PR’s undersigned counsel, hereby gives notice of probate proceedings of the estate to any and all actual and potential creditors of Decedent.
That the estate of Decedent, DOROTHY M. SEARGEANT, File Number 22-1416-CP, is pending and active in the Circuit Court for Hernando County, Florida, located at 20 North Main Street Brooksville, Florida 34601.
The names and addresses of the personal representative and the personal representative’s attorney are set forth below. The date of first publication of this notice shall be on or about the week of December 12, 2022.
All creditors and those having claims or demands against decedent’s estate, including unmatured, contingent, or unliquidated claims, upon whom a copy of this notice has been served are required to file their claims with the above named court within the later of either ninety (90) days after the date of the first publication of this Notice or thirty (30) days after the date of service of a copy of the Notice on them.
All other creditors having claims or demands against Decedent’s estate, including unmatured, contingent, or unliquidated claims, are required to file their claims with the above-named court on or within ninety (90) days after the date of the first publication of this Notice.
A Copy of this notice shall be published in the Hernando Sun publication pursuant to §733.2121 Fla. Stat. once a week for two consecutive weeks.
ALL CLAIMS NOT SO FILED AGAINST THE ESTATE WITH THE COURT DURING THE TIME PERIODS SET FORTH IN § 733.702 FLA. STAT. WILL BE FOREVER BARRED.
