MARY M. BAKER , a resident of Hernando County, Florida, who died on June 11, 2023, was the grantor of a trust entitled the MARY M. BAKER REVOCABLE INTER VIVOS TRUST U/A/D June 14, 2012, last amended on December 10, 2018, now known as the MARY M. BAKER FAMILY TRUST , which is a trust described in Fla. Stat. Section 733.707(3) of the Florida Probate Code and is liable for the expenses of the administration of the decedent’s estate and enforceable claims of the decedent’s creditors to the extent the decedent’s estate is insufficient to pay them, as provided in Section 733.607(2) of the Florida Probate Code.
The names and addresses of the Trustee and the Attorney for the Trustee are set forth below.
All creditors of the decedent and other persons having claims or demands against decedent’s estate on whom a copy of this notice is served must serve the Trustee and Attorney for the Trustee with a Statement of Claim WITHIN THIRTY DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SERVICE OF A COPY OF THIS NOTICE ON THEM.
All other creditors of the decedent and persons having claims or demands against the estate of the decedent must serve the Trustee and Attorney for the Trustee with a Statement of Claim WITHIN THREE MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE.
ALL CLAIMS AND DEMANDS NOT SO FILED WILL BE FOREVER BARRED.
NOTWITHSTANDING THE TIME PERIOD SET FORTH ABOVE, ANY CLAIM SERVED TWO (2) YEARS OR MORE AFTER THE DECEDENT’S DATE OF DEATH IS BARRED.
