SUMMARY OF STATEMENT OF ESTIMATED REGULATORY COST (SERC): The School Board of Hernando County has determined that a SERC is not required for the Proposed Rulemaking entitled “Attendance Boundaries for Various Schools in Hernando County,” and has not prepared a SERC. The School Board has determined, based on information including that contained in the proposed rule and the Board report, that the rule is not expected to require legislative ratification. Any person who wishes to provide the District with information regarding a SERC, or to provide a proposal for a lower cost regulatory alternative, must do so in writing to the Manager of Planning, Design and Construction (James Lipsey: [email protected]) within 21 days of the publication of this Notice.
