NOTICE OF BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING AND NOTICE OF AUDIT COMMITTEE MEETING

The Audit Review Committee for the Sunrise Community Development District (“District”) will hold an audit review committee meeting on Friday, November 15, 2024 at 1:00 p.m., located at 966 Candlelight Blvd., Brooksville, Florida 34601. At the meeting, the Audit Review Committee will review, discuss, and establish the minimum qualifications and evaluation criteria that the District will use to solicit audit services. The audit committee meeting will be held in conjunction with the regular meeting of the District’s Board of Supervisors, which regular meeting will be held at the same date, time and location as the audit review committee meeting.

The meetings are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with provisions of Florida law for community development districts. A copy of the agendas for the meetings may be obtained from the District Manager, at the office of BREEZE, located at 1540 International Parkway, Suite 2000, Lake Mary, Florida 32746. The meetings may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meetings.

There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors will participate by telephone. At the above location will be present a speaker telephone so that any Board Supervisor or Staff Member can attend the meeting at the above location and be fully informed of the discussions taking place either in person or by telephone communication.

Any person requiring special accommodations to participate in these meetings is asked to advise the District Office at (813) 564-7847, at least 48 hours before the meetings. If you are hearing or speech impaired, please contact the Florida Relay Service at 711, who can aid you in contacting the District Office.

A person who decides to appeal any action taken at the meetings is advised that this same person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
