AMENDED NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the “Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure,” entered in the above-styled action on June 20, 2023 by the Fifth Judicial Circuit Court, in and for Hernando County, Florida, the Clerk of Hernando County, Florida will sell the real property described below that is situated in Hernando County, Florida to the highest bidder, for cash, at a public sale to be held on September 5, 2023, beginning at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time, immediately outside of Room 245 of the Hernando County Courthouse, 20 N. Main Street, Brooksville, Florida 34601, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes. The real property to be sold is legally described as follows:

Lot 14, Block 1444, Spring Hill, Unit 21, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 9, Page(s) 81 through 96, inclusive, of the Public Records of Hernando County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
