    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure date the 6th day of October 2020, and entered in Case No. 2018-CA-000766, of the Circuit Court of the 5th Judicial Circuit in and for Hernando County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC., is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF MARJORIE L. PERRY; LINDA L. LOWENSTEIN; TIMBER PINES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC; ROBERT LAUSHOT A/K/A LANCE LAUSHOT; BRANDY LAUSHOT; NICOLE LAUSHOT; MISTY LAUSHOT; VANDORIS WILSON A/K/A VANDORIS REYNOLDS; ROBERT JAMES PERRY III; SHELBY WILLIAM PERRY; EDMOND PERRY; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are the defendants.  The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at HERNANDO COUNTY COURTHOUSE IN ROOM 245, 20 NORTH MAIN STREET, BROOKSVILLE, FL 34601 beginning at 11:00 AM on the 24 day of November, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
    LOT 36, TIMBER PINES, TRACT 23, UNIT#2, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 18, PAGES 20-23 INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HERNANDO COUNTY, FLORIDA.

    ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
