NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of County Commissioners of Hernando County Florida, on Tuesday, December 14, 2021, at 9:00 a.m. or soon thereafter, in the Hernando County Government Center, County Commission Chambers, 20 N. Main St, Rm 160, Brooksville, Florida, intends to consider a purchase agreement for the purchase of the real estate located at 6431 Hilton Drive & Audubon Drive, Brooksville, FL 34601 and further described as:

Commencing at the SW corner of Section 32, Township 22 South, Range 20 East, Hernando County, Florida, go thence North 00° 26’ 19” West along the West line of said Section 32, a distance of 1571.98 feet, thence North 89° 56’ 58” East, a distance of 1512.15 feet to the Point of Beginning; continue thence North 89° 56’ 58” East, a distance of 302.00 feet, thence South 00° 23’ 08” West a distance of 384.01 feet, thence South 58° 47’ 45” West, a distance of 216.89 feet, thence North 89° 51’ 26 West, a distance of 35.11 feet, thence North 44° 51’26” West, a distance of 104.59 feet, thence North 00° 23’ 08” East, a distance of 421.86 feet to the Point of Beginning. Said Lands lying in and being part of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 32, Township 22 South, Range 20 East, Hernando County, Florida.
