NOTICE TO PUBLIC OF 
ATTORNEY/CLIENT SESSION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Section 286.011(8), Florida Statutes, the Board of County Commissioners of Hernando County, Florida, will hold an attorney/client session to discuss settlement negotiations or strategy related to litigation pertaining to National Prescription Opiate Litigation, MDL No. 2804 in the United States District Court, Northern District of Ohio, on Tuesday, July 13, 2021, at 8:30 a.m., in Room 361 of the Hernando County Government Center, 20 North Main Street, Brooksville, Florida.  The attending parties shall be all members of the Hernando County Board of County Commissioners:  John Allocco, Jeff Holcomb, Steve 
Champion, Wayne Dukes and Elizabeth Narverud; County Administrator Jeff Rogers; Deputy County Administrator Tobey Phillips; County Attorney Garth Coller or Acting County Attorney Jon Jouben, Peter Mougey and Jeff Gaddy, Attorneys for Hernando County.  Any of the attending parties listed may appear telephonically.  The attorney/client session is closed to the public.  The entire session shall be recorded by a certified court reporter and the transcript shall be filed with the Clerk for the Board, Docket No. 21-01-BCC.  Said transcript shall remain sealed until the case has concluded.
