NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of County Commissioners of Hernando County Florida, on Tuesday, September 28, 2021, at 9:00 a.m. or soon thereafter, in the Hernando County Government Center, County Commission Chambers, 20 N. Main St, Rm 160, Brooksville, Florida, intends to consider a purchase/sale agreement for the sale of the real estate located at Heckleman Street, Brooksville, Florida 34602 and further described as:

Lot 33, of the unrecorded plat of BRAEWOOD MOBILE HOME SUBDIVISION being further described as follows:

Commencing at the NE corner of Section 1, Township 23 South, Range 20 East, Hernando County, Florida, go thence N 89 deg. 42’ 40” W along the North line of said Section 1, a distance of 2,658.89 feet; thence South, a distance of 407.18 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING: Thence continue S 89 deg. 42’ 40” Ea distance of 50.00 feet; thence North a distance of 75.00 feet; thence N 89 deg. 42’ 40” W a distance of 50.00 feet; thence South a distance of 75.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.

YOU HAVE A RIGHT to appear and be heard at this public meeting and/or to send any written objections to the County Commissioners at 15470 Flight Path Drive, Brooksville, Florida 34604.

YOU ARE FURTHER ADVISED that if any person decides to appeal any decision made by the Board of County Commissioners, with respect to the subject matter of the hearing, that person will need to ensure a verbatim record of the proceedings is made.
