The Board of County Commissioners will hold a Public Hearing to consider variance request(s) on July 26, at 9:30 a.m. in the John Law Ayers County Commission Chambers, Government Complex, 20 N. Main Street, Brooksville, Florida.

PURPOSE: Variance from the Landscaping Prohibitions to increase height restriction in the clear site triangle from 2’ to 8’ to accommodate a gate with an automatic opener.
GENERAL LOCATION: Hernando Beach, Paradise Circle
LEGAL: Lots 16-17, Block 71, Gulf Coast Retreats, Unit 6, a strip of land des in ord 3684 pg 528 according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 7, Pages 14, inclusive, Public Records of Hernando County, Florida
