NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of County Commissioners of Hernando County Florida, on Tuesday, September 27, 2022, at 9:00 a.m. or soon thereafter, in the Hernando County Government Center, County Commission Chambers, 20 N. Main St, Rm 160, Brooksville, Florida, intends to consider a purchase agreement for the sale of real estate located on Heckleman Street, Brooksville, Florida and further described as:
Commencing at the NE corner of Section 1, Township 23 South, Range 20 East, Hernando County, Florida, go thence N 89°42’ 40” W along the North line of said Section 1, a distance of 2,658.89’; thence South, a distance of 407.18’; thence S89°42’40”E, a distance of 200.00’; to the POINT OF BEGINNING; Thence continue North a distance of 75.00’; thence S89°42’40” E a distance of 100.00’; thence South a distance of 75.00’; thence N89°42’40’W a distance of 100.00’ to the POINT OF BEGINNING
