    The Board of County Commissioners will hold a Public Hearing to consider a variance request on November 29, 2022, at 9:30 a.m. in the John Law Ayers County Commission Chambers, Government Complex, 20 N. Main Street, Brooksville, Florida.

Chapter 23 Planning, Article VI Riverine Protection, Sec. 23-210 Buffer Zones (b1)

    GENERAL LOCATION: West of Tropical Drive, Northside of Tropical Point

    LEGAL: 5303 Tropical Pt, Weeki Wachee, Unit 3, Lot 55, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 32 of the Public Records of Hernando County, Florida.
