NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO Cory Flewelling, whereabouts unknown: Pursuant to 22 M.R.S. §4001 et seq., the Maine Department of Health & Human Services (hereafter, “DHHS”) has petitioned the Court for a Child Protection Order and/or Termination of Parental Rights Order, concerning the child: Camron Flewelling d/o/b: 03/10/2008 born in Lewiston, Maine and child Harlem Harrison d/o/b: 10/06/2009 born in New York State. The mother is Jillian Vasquez, and the father is or may be Cory Flewelling. DHHS has met the requirements of M.R. Civ. P. Rule 4(g)(1)(A)-(C).
