NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
HERNANDO/CITRUS
METROPOLITAN PLANNING ORGANIZATION (MPO)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hernando/Citrus Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) Board will conduct a public meeting on Thursday, February 2, 2023 at 1:30 p.m. at the Lecanto Government Building, 3600 W Sovereign Path, Room 166, Lecanto, FL. Items on the agenda include but are not limited to:
· Election of MPO Chair and Vice Chair for 2023
· MPO Committee Assignments
· Quarterly Financial Report
· Adoption of Annual Safety Performance Measures (PM1) – Resolution
· Bicycle/Pedestrian Advisory Committee Appointments
· Transportation Disadvantaged Local Coordinating Board Appointments
· Citizens Advisory Board Appointments
· Quorums for State Agency Representatives on Transportation Disadvantaged Local Coordinating Boards – Resolution
· Hernando County Community Transportation Coordinator Recommendation for the Transportation Disadvantaged Program – Resolution
All meetings are open to the public. Any person deciding to appeal any decision made by the Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) with regard to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing, said person will need a record of the proceeding, and that, for such purpose, said person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based, Section 286.0105 F.S.
