NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hernando County Transportation Disadvantaged Local Coordinating Board (TDLCB) will conduct a public meeting on Wednesday, February 22, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at: Hernando County Building Training Facility, 1661 Blaise Drive, Brooksville, FL. Items on the agenda include but are not limited to:
Election of a Vice Chairman for 2023 Annual Bylaw Review and Approval
Community Transportation Coordinator – Recommendation
Resolution regarding Quorums -Update
Community Transportation Coordinator – Quarterly report
Presentations by Agency Representatives
Commission for the Transportation Disadvantaged – Update
All meetings are open to the public. Any person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Hernando County Transportation Disadvantaged Local Coordinating Board (TDLCB) with regard to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing, said person will need a record of the proceeding, and that, for such purpose, said person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based, Section 286.0105 F.S.
