YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Sheriff of Hernando County has seized the following property which is subject to Notice Requirements for violation of Florida Statutes §§932.701-932.7062: 1999 ISUZU NPR VIN Number JALB4B141X7017853, 1999 Ford E Super Duty RV VIN Number 1FDXE40F0XHC24386 and Four Hundred Forty Seven Gallons (447.084) of Diesel Fuel. The HERNANDO COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE has filed a Forfeiture Complaint in rem against the above-referenced property.
Any and all claimants to the property listed above, including any and all parties having or claiming to have any right, title, or interest in the property herein described are required to file a written response with the Clerk of Court and to serve a copy of any such response no later than April 10, 2020 on Joel D. Fritton, Esquire, Hernando County Sheriff’s Office at 189 Cortez Boulevard, Brooksville, FL 34601, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
