YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for Divorce has been filed against you and that you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Attorney John R. Vitola, Esq., whose address is 218 South Broad Street, Brooksville, Florida 34601 on or before 05/10/2024 and file the original with the clerk of this Court at 20 N. Main St.; Brooksville, FL 34601 before service on Petitioner or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the petition.

The action is asking the court to decide how the following real property should be divided:
A. Home located at 1246 Buckhurst Dr, Spring Hill, FL 34609
B. Rental property located at 515 Broad street Brooksville Fl 34601
C. Rental property located at 18002 Nicholas ave Brooksville FL 34604
D. Rental property located at 6111 East Pleasant Valley Road, Independence Ohio 44144

Additionally, the Petitioner will be requesting the Court to equitably distribute any other real or personal property owned by the marriage located in the State of Florida. Further, the Petitioner will be requesting the Court to reinstate her maiden name.

You must keep the Clerk of the Circuit Court’s office notified of your current address.
