NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Consent Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated August 25, 2023, and entered in Case No. 27-2022-CA-000337 of the Circuit Court of the Fifth Judicial Circuit in and for Hernando County, Florida, wherein QUEST TRUST COMPANY FBO NANCY POSER IRA #16894-23 is Plaintiff, and JOSHUA R. KELLY; JENNIFER M. KELLY; THE ESTATE OF MELVIN T. GREENE; THE ESTATE OF JUDITH S. GREENE; UNKNOWN TENANT I; UNKNOWN TENANT II; AND ANY UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, CREDITORS, AND OTHER UNKNOWN PERSONS OR UNKNOWN SPOUSES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH AND UNDER ANY OF THE ABOVE-NAMED DEFENDANTS are Defendants.
