The City Council of the City of Brooksville will hold a Public Hearing in the Joseph E. Johnston, III, City Hall Council Chambers, 201 Howell Avenue, Brooksville, Florida. Second and Final Reading of Ordinance No. 942 will be held April 4, 2022. The Ordinance may be obtained in the City Clerk’s office at City Hall, 201 Howell Avenue, Brooksville, FL 34601, or by calling the City Clerk at 352-540-3816.
Ordinance No. 942:
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE REZONING OF APPROXIMATELY 21.5 ACRES OF PROPERTY BEARING HERNANDO COUNTY PROPERTY APPRAISER’S KEY NUMBERS 359873 AND 1335834 LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF CORTEZ BOULEVARD 0.44 MILES WEST OF BROAD STREET IN THE CITY OF BROOKSVILLE, FLORIDA, AND MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED IN SECTION 1, FROM ZONING DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION PDP (PLANNED DEVELOPMENT PROJECT) TO PDP-R (PLANNED DEVELOPMENT PROJECT-RESIDENTIAL); AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

The First Public Hearing was held March 21, 2022, at 7:00 P. M. at City Hall.
