The Board of County Commissioners will hold a Public Hearing to consider a variance request on July 27, 2021 at 9:30 a.m. in the John Law Ayers County Commission Chambers, Government Complex, 20 N. Main Street, Brooksville, Florida.

PURPOSE: Variance to Article IV (Zoning District Regulations), Section 2 (Residential Districts), Appendix A (Zoning) to install a 30’x 40’ metal detached garage for personal use
GENERAL
LOCATION: East side of Malden Road, South of Token Ave
LEGAL: 16306 Malden Rd, Royal Highlands, Unit 8, Lots 5 & 5, Blk 636 as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 3 of the Public Records of Hernando County, Florida.
