THE UNDERSIGNED, JANE C. WIESNER, Plenary Guardian of the Person and Property of HELEN J. GLADWIN, an incapacitated person, hereby provides Notice that she has filed a Petition for Discharge and Final Accounting of Guardian in this cause due to transfer of the domicile of the Ward to a foreign state, and will apply for an Order of Discharge of Guardian on the 5 day of November, 2022, and thereafter, all jurisdiction over the Ward will be transferred to the State of South Carolina, in Case No. 2022-GC-23-00, pending in Greenville County, South Carolina. Please be advised that any Objection to the termination of this Guardianship in the State of Florida must be filed with the Hernando County Clerk of Circuit Court within thirty (30) days of this Publication, at the following address:

The Court shall hear any Objection filed and enter an Order either Sustaining or Overriding the Objection. If no Objections are filed, final settlement shall be made by the Florida Guardian and the Court will enter an Order of Discharge of Guardian.
