NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure (as to Count II of the Complaint) dated February 25, 2019 entered in the above captioned action, the Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Hernando County, Florida, described as follows:

at public sale, in the presence of the Plaintiff, to the highest and best bidder for cash, immediately outside of the Hernando County Courthouse Civil Department, Room 245, 20 North Main Street, Brooksville, Florida 34601 on APRIL 16, 2019, beginning at 11:00 a.m., pursuant to the terms of the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure and in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
