NOTICE OF SALE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 30, 2021, and entered in Case No. 2021 CA 561 in the Circuit Court of Hernando County, Florida, wherein WILLIAMS REALTY AND INVESTMENT, INC., is the Plaintiff, and CORNERSTONE SANDMINE, LLC, is the Defendant, I will sell to the best and highest bidder, for cash, at 11:00 a.m., Eastern Time, in Room 245, Hernando County Courthouse, 20 N. Main Street, Brooksville, FL 34601, on the 15th day of February 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:

The SE ¼ of the SW ¼ of Section 17, Township 23 South, Range 21 East, Hernando County, Florida; LESS the South 80 feet thereof for road right-of-way.

IF THIS PROPERTY IS SOLD AT PUBLIC AUCTION, THERE MAY BE ADDITIONAL MONEY FROM THE SALE AFTER PAYMENT OF PERSONS WHO ARE ENTITLED TO BE PAID FROM THE SALE PROCEEDS PURSUANT TO THE FINAL JUDGMENT. IF YOU ARE A SUBORDINATE LIENHOLDER CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
