    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on July 11, 2018, by the above entitled Court in the above styled cause, the undersigned Clerk of Court or any of her duly authorized deputies, will sell the property situated in Hernando County. Florida, described as:

    Lot 3, Block 1, Woodland Park, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 7, page 42, public records of Hernando County, Florida, LESS: Begin at the SE corner of said lot, run thence N 0° 19’ 15” W on East line of said lot 16.32 feet, thence S 62 ° 22’40” W 46.08 feet to South line of said lot, thence N 82 ° 58’30” E 41.23 feet along said line to POINT OF BEGINNING.

    AND

    A part of Lot 4, Block I, Woodland Park, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 7, page 42, public records of Hernando County, Florida, described as: Beginning 100 feet East of the NW corner of said Lot 4, thence continue East 32 feet, thence N 62°22’40” E 11.12 feet to the North line of said Lot 4, thence S 82°58’30” W 42.17 feet along said line to POINT OF BEGINNING. All lying and being in Section 36, Township 22 South, Range 19 East, Hernando County, Florida.

    at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash on SEPTEMBER 4, 2018, on the second floor outside Room 245 of the Hernando County Government Center, 20 N. Main Street,  Brooksville, Florida, beginning at 11 :00 A.M., subject to all ad valorem taxes and assessments for 
    the real property described above . 
    ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS
