Project Weather Scholarships

 Spectrum Bay News 9 awarded scholarships to seven Bay-area students for the 2017-2018 school year. Project Weather Scholarships, each in the amount of $1,000, were awarded to grade 12 high school students who excelled in science on Wednesday, June 6. A winner was selected from each of the seven counties Spectrum Bay News 9 serves across the Bay-area.

 

This year’s Project Weather Scholarship recipients are:

Sydney Roessler – Lecanto High School, Citrus

Emily Carr – F.W. Springstead High School, Hernando

Jessica Hubbard – Cambridge Christian School, Hillsborough

Ashton Johnson – Manatee High School, Manatee

Nathalie Sawczuk – Pasco High, Pasco

Noelle Vermost – Clearwater Central Catholic High School, Pinellas

Willesleyann Rose – Haines City Senior High, Polk
