D#10317949 Phantom is a handsome white and black male terrier mix, approximately 7 years old.  On impound Phantom was very thin, so he was placed on a special diet to put on weight. He’s been a volunteer favorite for adoption events and nursing home visits because of his sweet, gentle demeanor.  With lots of TLC, he will be in tip-top shape soon.  Phantom is neutered, micro-chipped, vaccinated, heartworm tested and has a 1-yr county animal license.  Visiting hours are Tu-Fr 9:30-4:30 and Sat 10-3. Adoption fees are $50 for adult dogs over 25 pounds, $70 for puppies and small dogs under 25 pounds, $25 for heartworm positive and senior dogs, $20 for adult cats and $40 for kittens.
