Arrest made in the armed robbery at Wawa on 7/7/20

After thorough investigation HCSO detectives were able to identify a suspect in the armed commercial robbery at Wawa on the morning of 7/7/20.

The Wawa at 20101 Cortez Boulevard in Brooksville was robbed at gunpoint by an individual who had concealed his identity. After the robbery the suspect fled in a waiting vehicle. 

Once the detectives identified him a search was on to discover his whereabouts. On 7/14/20 detectives located the suspect at an address on Decatur Avenue in the City of Brooksville. He was then arrested and transported to HCSO for questioning by detectives. 

The suspect is identified as David Michael Brady, a 29 year-old white male. He is charged with armed robbery, possession of a firearm by a felon and retail theft.
