If you love her then you must fight for her

So, it’s about a little past 3:45 this Sunday morning, on the 17th of July (of 2022), and this pen is feeling quite heavy. What I am about to do with it will be one of the most important and significant tasks that I have ever taken on. I have used a familiar quote, “The pen is mightier than the sword” and will start by giving credit where credit is due.

This was supposedly done by the novelist and playwright Edwin Bulwer-Lytton in his historic play, “Cardinal Richelieu” (circa 1839). In the play, Richelieu, chief minister to King Louis XIII, discovers a plot to kill him, but as a priest, he is unable to take up arms against his enemies. His page, Francois, points out: “But now, at your command are other weapons, my good Lord”. Richelieu agrees the pen is mightier than the sword…Take away the sword; States can be saved without it!” This bit of information was found through Google search under the works (and words) of one Lucille Clerc.

You see, it all started late last night as I was readying myself to head to bed. In my closing prayer, I asked the Lord; “If there is anything else I can do with this gift of writing, please motivate me with a strong nudge.” As I strained my back earlier (by shoveling 1/2 ton of sand),I experienced another night of restlessness, and my eyes were again opened, by a little after 3:00. The prayer I uttered in silence just four hours earlier was still there when I awoke.

The difference between then and this morning is that He was quick with an answer! Before my feet hit the floor a clear vision of my next story was firmly planted. What was bouncing through my head (like a superball in a small room) was, “If you love her, you must fight for her.” Now I may be small in stature, and slow and grayed, but as I have had to learn how to use the many tools (and vehicles) for survival in the workplace, it must be with these writing instruments, (the pen, notebook, and P.C.).

Also, as I have had the good sense to know when and where to ask for directions (both on how to do things, and where to go), I will be doing the same thing on this “journey” as well. It has bothered me greatly, seeing where this country has made a (political and moral) turn for the worse. It seems to me that a large part of the people in this country have been misled by those with power and influence, with a majority of the media included. The thing that burns me the most is how the “real truth” is within their grasp, but the masses are too complacent (and programmed) to do the easy thing, (as compared to doing the right thing).

There are people of influence all around us that can (and should) help in this current struggle, if someone would just properly motivate them. In the next coming weeks, I intend to give you (the like-minded readers) articles and stories that will equip you with some “tools” that you will need to do your part in this “unspoken conflict.” I call it that because there are literally tens of millions of left leaning people out there that are completely oblivious to what is going on.

It is my intent to not only stir up you readers, but also go as far as I can (legally) in calling out the companies that are committing the biggest sins of commission, (and of omission). The greatest examples are that saying that the 2020 presidential election was not grand theft on the greatest scale is a lie, and this is provable (if only it were allowed to be disclosed). That was a sin of commission. The major story of “Prez” Biden’s son Hunter acting so dishonorably against this country, and the press saying NOTHING is a high crime of omission.

I have in the recent past shared quotes from a courageous German Christian named Dietrich Bonhoeffer, and today I give you another one, (to help equip you for your part in this struggle). He said; “If I sit next to a madman as he drives a car into a group of innocent bystanders, I can’t as a Christian, simply wait for the catastrophe, then comfort the wounded and bury the dead. I must try to wrestle the steering wheel out of the hands of the driver”. (examples of crazed people like this that come to mind are the terrorists of flight #92, the driver that plowed into the parade just a few weeks ago, and of course, the “stalled” police that stood outside the room of that Uvalde school while innocent lives were taken).

We as a just and moral leaning group of “right-sided” conservatives MUST GET INVOLVED! There are not only those in leadership roles (like your state and federal Senate and House Representatives), your so called news stations (like Spectrum News 9, News Channel 8, and many others) need to be bombarded with not only emails, but physical “Snail-mail” as well. In the New Testament book of Luke, Ch. 18:vs 1-8, it tells of a judge who lacks compassion, but is repeatedly approached by a poor woman seeking justice, who he initially rejects her demands, but eventually honors her request, so he will not be worn out by her persistence! Folks, the time is now, (and if not now, then when)?
This is STILL our America. If you love her, you must fight for her!
