Hernando County Deputies continue their search for Hernando County resident, 17-year-old Jacob Bedson. Bedson, who is under the care of Youth and Family Alternatives (YFA) was out shopping with a YFA staff member on May 17, 2022, when he slipped out a back door. According to the Hernando County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO), YFA described Bedson as a habitual runaway. Bedson is 5’9 110 with blue/grey eyes and curly blond hair. According to an HCSO press release, Bedson may be at a homeless camp located near 13508 Hicks Road in Hudson.
