The 50th Annual Brooksville Kiwanis Christmas Parade takes place on Saturday, Dec. 14, beginning at 10 a.m. in downtown Brooksville. This year, Hernando Sun is hosting a contest for the People’s Choice Parade winner. Parade attendees can vote one time only for their favorite float/entry in the parade. This competition is in addition to the Kiwanis Club of Brooksville parade judging. The People’s Choice winner will be announced in the newspaper on Dec. 20.
